Required documents:
- Loan application;
- Company regulations and constitutive documents;
- Financial lists (balance, profit-and-loss account, funds flow account);
- Commercial documents (contracts with suppliers and buyers, customs declarations);
- Balance statement from the bank (if other than Basisbank);
- References from banks and Tax Inspection concerning any current debts.
- Any documents of title as security for the loan.
- The Bank pledges confidentiality on the given information.
Requirements for obtaining loan:
- Working experience not less than 6 month in one concrete business;
- Borrower should be a current owner of a private business or a company under the process of privatization;
- Should have fixed address;
- Business owners (or majority of them) should be the citizens of Georgia;
- Loan conditions depend on the loan project and its risk of loss.
Loan should not be given to:
- Environmentally unfriendly business;
- Gambling crediting;
- Fire arms manufacturing and trade;
- Any kind of illegal and distinctly speculative commerce;
